Yes. We have general liability insurance up to $1,000,000. If you need proof of insurance just let us know and we'll get it for you.
-
Typically, no. It is difficult to do good work when all of our gear is wet. If we do go ahead and clean in a light rain, however, you can be confident knowing that we have a 10 day rain guarantee that will cover any spotting caused by the rain within 10 days of the initial clean. We’ll come back out as soon as possible and touch up the affected glass at no cost to you.

The quickest and easiest way to get an estimate is to fill out our estimate request form (click on that link, or find a link at the top of the page). Based on the information you are able to provide, we will give you an estimate range. When we arrive to do the work, we will count up the windows ourselves for our records, and give you an exact total for the work you would like done, before we begin. If you have a large custom home, or are unsure of how to count the windows, or are contacting us about a house you cannot physically get to, let us know and we’ll schedule an in-person estimate to get you an exact total.

Yes, our one time residential and commercial minimum is $200. Services on regular service plans may be lower than this minimum, but still subject to a minimum.
Storefront minimums vary, and can be reduced by encouraging surrounding businesses to have their windows done as well

Currently, no. We’ve done it in the past, and will pick it up again in the future. When we resume, we will make sure everyone is aware of it.

Basically, we use pure water (free from all minerals that leave the white staining we refer to as “hard water spots”) that is pumped through a hose, in a pole, to a brush to scrub and rinse a window clean. Once rinsed clean, it is left to dry on it’s own and will not leave any spotting if done correctly.

Not at this time.

We currently accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. We accept any of those at the time of service, or we can email an invoice once the work is complete. The invoice has a link you can click to pay with a card online, or it has our office address for mailing a check. We do not currently have any type of payment apps like Venmo. Ask about setting up automatic payments for regularly scheduled cleanings.

The honest answer to this question is that it’s all a matter of preference.
There are too many relevant factors to be able to answer this question for you.
However, there are two main points to consider:
1) Do you want your windows cleaned once they’re too dirty?
2) Do you want to maintain clean windows to keep them from getting too dirty?
Maintaining clean windows will require more frequent cleanings than allowing them to get to the point you consider “too dirty.”
Our maintenance cleaning schedules start at quarterly (4 times a year, every 3 months), and come with a 10% discount off the one-time clean price. There is no contract, and the 10% will be automatically added as long as it has been 3 months or less since the last cleaning. If it has been more than 3 months because you needed to put-off a cleaning for whatever reason, it will be full price, but go right back to the discounted price for the following cleanings.
Our regular cleaning can be set for any schedule that you would prefer. We suggest having your windows cleaned, and then paying attention to see how long it takes for them to be dirty enough to warrant another cleaning. If it takes six months, then we can schedule you for every six months. If it takes a year, we can schedule you annually, etc.

The general recommendation is every six months, or twice a year.
Maintaining your solar panels is key to high efficiency and longevity. How much can dust and dirt affect efficiency? We've seen drops as low as 6.5% and as high as 40% depending on your location and surroundings. Having your solar panels cleaned every six months can pay for itself in increased energy production in a relatively short amount of time. We use a water-fed pole system to gently clean the panels with pure water, leaving them sparkling clean and working at peak efficiency.
