Screen Repair and Replacement

If you want to enjoy the fresh north-state air, you're going to need window screens to keep out unwanted visitors. Screens are very low maintenance, but they do break down and degrade naturally over time as they are exposed to the elements, especially the relentless Redding sun.

The intense sunlight breaks down the fiberglass screen, plastic corners, and pull tabs making them so brittle they will crumble at the slightest touch. Any tears or holes in your screens make them ineffective at keeping pests out of your home. Broken corners can keep them from fitting in the window correctly leaving gaps on the sides, tops, or bottoms. And broken tabs make your screens harder to remove for cleaning and maintenance.

Occasionally screens disappear all-together. Whether they are destroyed and never replaced, or they were removed and then lost, a new screen needs to be constructed.
